Training programmes for SELF-MANAGEMENT of Mental, Emotional, Behavioural and Physical Health and Wellbeing.

We provide Yogic solutions that include effective tools and techniques to enhance mental health and inner wellbeing. With our unique model – ‘The Four-pillars of Self-management’ and integrated approach, you will learn a systematic and methodical way to address common mental and emotional challenges such as stress, depression, anxiety, etc. and mitigate adverse impact on health and wellbeing.

Our Training solutions include online interactive sessions or in-person classroom sessions or a combination of both, as required.

Training sessions include short 2-hour workshops covering specialised topics and detailed 10-hour sessions delivered over a period of 5 weeks.
