38-year-old man rushed to hospital with life-threatening injuries following assault in Harrow

A man has been critically injured following an assault in Eastcote Lane during the early hours of yesterday morning (27 April).

The assault is believed to have happened after a collision. A 38-year-old man has been rushed to hospital with life-threatening injuries following the incident. 

Met Police told Harrow Online: “Police were called to Eastcote Lane, Harrow at 01:38hrs on Tuesday, 27 April following reports of a collision.

“Upon arrival, officers found two men, both aged 38, with assault injuries. London Ambulance Service also attended.

“The first man had injuries to his leg and head. The leg injury is believed to have been sustained during a collision before the victim was assaulted further.

“He was taken to hospital and his injuries have been assessed as life-threatening

“The second man had injuries to his hand, believed to have been caused by a bladed weapon.

“His injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.

“No arrests and enquiries continue.”
