When Kenton Post Office re-opens there will be new extended opening hours of Monday to Sunday: 7am – 11pm.
This is an extra 69 hours of Post Office opening hours a week including all-day Sunday and Saturday afternoon. The branch will also open significantly earlier and close much later for the convenience of customers.
Post Office services will be provided from amodern serving point that’s part of the retail counter.
Graham Simmons, Post Office Network Provision Lead, said: “We apologise for any inconvenience caused to our customers during the work. The safety of our customers is of paramount, therefore, to allow for the building work to take place, it will be necessary for the service to close temporarily. Following the building work, the branch will be open much longer hours than before.”
