Man in a critical condition after being stabbed in the chest in South Harrow

A man is fighting for his life after being stabbed in the chest in South Harrow yesterday evening (15 Nov).

The victim, a 21-year-old man, was stabbed in South Hill Avenue, next to Northolt Road in South Harrow shortly before 8pm.

The man was rushed to hospital where he remains in a critical condition.

One member of Harrow Online commented: “Looks like there was a stabbing in South Harrow last night near the Star Pub as there were loads of police in which they cordoned off the road.”

Met Police told Harrow Online: “Police were called by LAS at 19:53hrs on Monday, 15 November following reports of a stabbing in South Hill Avenue, Harrow.

“Officers attended and found a 21-year-old man suffering from a stab injury to his chest.

“He was taken to hospital, where his condition is being treated as life-threatening.

“At this early stage there have been no arrests.

“A crime scene and road closures are in place.

“Witnesses and those with information should call 101 ref CAD 6932/15 Nov.”
