Thieves steal ‘a number of bottles of perfume’ from pharmacy in Edgware

It has been reported that a pharmacy in Edgware was robbed on Monday 14 February.

A number of bottles of perfume were stolen during the incident, thieves fled the scene before police arrived.

Inside Edgware posted via Facebook that, “Two men went into the pharmacy, one carrying a plastic box and proceeded to swipe all the perfumes off a shelf.

“A customer screamed at them and they ran out of the shop chased by a customer and two of the employees. Some of the items were scattered over the pavement”, they added.

Met Police told Harrow Online: “Police are investigating a report of a theft from a commercial premises at High Street, Edgware at 11:30hrs on Monday, 14 February.

“Two suspects entered the venue and stole a number of bottles of perfume before fleeing.

“Nobody was injured.

“There have been no arrests.

“Enquiries are ongoing.”
