Police cordon off area at Harrow estate following possible assault

Police are looking into a possible assault in Harrow after a man self-presented at hospital.

A police cordon and a forensic team were spotted at Apple Grove, Rayners Lane in Harrow yesterday afternoon (22 April) with local residents wondering what had happened.

One person said: “Do you know why there is a large area cordoned off at Apple Gove estate?, forensics are also here.”

A Met Police spokesperson told Harrow Online: “Cordons were put in place as police conducted enquiries into a possible assault on a man who had self-presented at hospital.
