This highly anticipated community gathering is set to take place this coming Saturday, June 3rd, at the picturesque grounds of the Old John Lyon Sports Ground in Pinner View. The event aims to spread awareness about health and well-being while providing a fun-filled atmosphere for attendees of all ages.
Held from 11:00am to 6:00pm, visitors will be treated to entertainment and inspiration, with activities ranging from arts and crafts stalls to pampering sessions and enlightening talks. With an entry fee of just £1 (and free entry for children under 12), the Spirit of Summer event promises to be one not to be missed!.
Located within the grounds of the Old Lyonian Sports and Social Club, the club offers a haven for sports enthusiasts in Harrow. With well-maintained cricket and football pitches, the club regularly hosts exciting matches and events making it ideal to host this event on Saturday.
Spirit of Summer will feature a wide array of attractions, including 40 stalls showcasing arts and crafts, bespoke jewellery, crystals, clothing, children’s products, and more.
Visitors will have the opportunity to indulge in pampering sessions in the Mind, Body, and Spirit Arena. Renowned psychics will be available to provide guidance and advice, while various treatments such as holistic therapies, massages, access bars, and bowen therapy will be on offer. Plant-based foods, street food and refreshments will tantalize taste buds, ensuring a delightful experience throughout the day.
In addition, free talks and demonstrations will take place on a range of topics, including healing, sound therapy, and yoga. Charities and local businesses, such as Mind and Mcsm, will also contribute to the event by hosting stalls and sharing valuable information.
