A man has been rushed to hospital with head injuries after being assaulted in Harrow this morning.
Concerned members of Harrow Online Group contacted us today with images showing an air ambulance in Kenton Recreation Ground.
One member said they had seen a man ‘covered in blood’ in the neighbouring Francis Road.
Met Police told Harrow Online: “Police were called at 11:12hrs on Sunday, 18 June to Francis Road, Harrow, after a reports of an assault in progress.
“Officers responded with the London Ambulance Service and London’s Air Ambulance.
“A man was found suffering head injuries. He was taken to hospital; his condition is not thought to be life-threatening.
“No arrests have been made at this stage. Enquiries are ongoing and a crime scene is in place.”
