Harrow Online has learned that the popular café, “Cafeto,” located at 128 Pinner Road, Harrow, has applied for a premises license to sell alcohol.
The application, made under the Licensing Act 2003, includes plans to offer specialist international coffees alongside a selection of beers and specialist wines for consumption on the premises.
The applicant seeks permission to operate the café with opening hours set from 11:00am to 11:00am on standard days. The license would permit the sale of alcohol both on and off the premises, with strict measures in place to promote public safety and prevent any nuisance.
Cafeto’s comprehensive approach to security includes a fully operational CCTV system, mandatory staff training on ID verification, and a refusal log to track any incidents. Additionally, a “Challenge 25” proof-of-age scheme will be implemented to ensure alcohol sales are limited to customers of legal drinking age.
The application is currently under review, the consultation end date is 10th August.
