Harrow Power Cut: Some households without electricity for hours

A series of power cuts have left more than 100 residents in Harrow without electricity tonight.

The outages, which occurred in post codes HA1 and HA6, have been reported by local residents to Harrow Online.

The UK Power Networks website had been updating throughout the duration keeping residents up to date with the latest developments.

According to the site, the power cut in the HA1 area is anticipated to be resolved between 20:30 and 21:30 on October 12th, although some customers might have their power reinstated sooner.

However, the restoration time for the HA6 area is expected to be earlier, by 20:30.

The power cuts have been attributed to faults in underground electricity cables. Harrow Online spoke to one resident who stated they have been without power since 5:30am this morning.

UK Power Networks assured residents that they are working to investigate and resolve the issue, and the restoration timeframes are subject to change based on their ongoing assessments.

Residents are advised to check the UK Power Networks website for updates on the situation.
