Police rushed to Harrow last night after reports that two men had stolen a car on Bessborough Road
In Sovereign Place,which is just off Elmgrove Road, Harrow near Station Road, a woman was then struck by a vehicle, with police linking the incident to the earlier car theft.
A spokesperson for Met Police said, “On Monday 13 November at 20:05hrs , police were called to Bessborough Road, Harrow after a report was made about a car theft.
“Officers attended the scene and found that two men had stolen a vehicle.
“At 20:11hrs officers were then called to Sovereign Place, Kenton after a woman was hit by a car.
“The woman did not suffer any life changing or threatening injuries.
“Police are treating the two incidents as linked.
“At this early stage, there have been no arrests and enquiries into the circumstances are on-going.”
