Two men arrested after aggravated burglary in Harrow

Two men were arrested late last night into the early hours of this morning, after a suspected, aggravated burglary in Kenton, Harrow.

The incident happened at around midnight in Regal Way, Kenton. A large police presence, a police, helicopter and offices with dogs were seen at the location.

Aggravated burglary is defined at section 10 TA 1968 Act as follows: “A person is guilty of aggravated burglary if they commit any burglary and at the time has with them any firearm or imitation firearm, any weapon of offence, or any explosive.”

A spokesperson for Met Police said, “Police were called to Regal Way, Kenton in Harrow at about 00:16hrs on Sunday, 31 March following reports that a residential property had been broken into.

“Officers attended and arrested two men at the scene on suspicion of aggravated burglary.

“They were taken into custody, where they remain.

“Enquiries are ongoing.”
