Firefighters rush to house on fire in Kenton Lane

Firefighters rushed to Kenton Lane last night, Friday May 24, after reports of a house fire.

Images sent to Harrow Online showed three fire engines at the location shortly after 10:30pm.

A spokesperson for London Fire Brigade, “Firefighters attended a house fire on Kenton Lane, HA3 last night.

“Half of the first floor and part of the ground floor of the semi-detached property was damaged by fire.

“Six people left the property before firefighters arrived and were assessed at the scene by London Ambulance Service crews.

“The Brigade’s 999 Control Officers received around nine calls about the fire.

“The Brigade was called at 2234 and the fire was extinguished by 2351.

“Three fire engines from Wembley and Stanmore fire stations attended the scene.

“The cause of the fire is under investigation.”
