Lowlands Road in Harrow has been closed off by police this evening (Tuesday, 11 November) following a collision involving a moped rider.
The incident happened near the rear entrance to Harrow-on-the-Hill Station. The cordon currently stretches from the roundabout near the BP petrol station on Bessborough Road down towards the scene of the collision.
Emergency services are at the scene, and traffic in the area is being diverted while the road remains closed.
