A number of businesses across Harrow have been awarded new 5-star food hygiene ratings following recent inspections.
The latest ratings, published by the Food Standards Agency, include cafés, supermarkets, bakeries and restaurants across Harrow, Pinner and South Harrow.
Businesses receiving the top “Very Good” rating include:
- Gujarat Express on Station Road in Harrow town centre
- Nish Express near Harrow-on-the-Hill station
- Front Room Coffee in West Harrow
- The Moat Cafe at Headstone Manor Park
- Lidl in Pinner
- Esquires in Pinner village
- Wenzel’s in Kenton
- Marks & Spencer Simply Food in Pinner
- Costa Coffee in South Harrow
- K5 Pinner Restaurant in Pinner
- Noshers in Pinner Green
- Taste of China Peking & Szechuan in Eastcote near the Harrow border

The inspections were carried out during April 2026. Food hygiene ratings are given by council inspectors and range from 0 to 5, with 5 being the highest possible score. Inspectors look at food handling, cleanliness and how businesses manage food safety.
